Summary

Authorizes a naturopathic physician to prescribe testosterone consistent with naturopathic medical practice. Clarifies that narcotic drugs shall not be included within the naturopathic formulary. Authorizes the Board of Naturopathic Medicine to discipline a naturopathic physician for violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. (HB1949 HD2)
