Summary

Clarifies the parking fee exemption for electric vehicles in non-metered stalls. Extends to June 30, 2024, Act 168, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, which authorizes the Department of Transportation to adopt rules for registration and license plates for electric vehicles and exempts electric vehicles from parking fees and HOV lane restrictions. (HB1714 HD1)
