Summary

Requires the Department of Education to establish a 5-year Hawaii Scientist-to-Teacher Pathway Pilot Program to recruit, train, support, and retain qualified science, technology, engineering, and mathematics professionals as kindergarten through grade twelve teachers of those subjects in the State. Appropriates funds.
