Senator Bulloch of the 11th offered the following amendment:

Amend the Senate Government Oversight Committee substitute to SB 223 (LC 34 3027S) by replacing "(a)" with "(a)(1)" at the beginning of line 48.

By inserting between lines 55 and 56 the following:

(2) This article shall not apply to any state entity to which state funds are not appropriated in an appropriations Act.
