Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 16 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to health, so as to require local boards of education to provide feminine hygiene products to students at no charge to the students; to authorize the Department of Education to promulgate model policies and guidance for local boards of education; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
