Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to registration of voters, so as to provide that any person convicted of a felony involving moral turpitude shall not register to, remain registered to, or vote and to enumerate such felony offenses; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
