A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to ethics in government, so as to prohibit certain public officials, their employees, and agencies from expending public funds to make, publish, or distribute certain publications immediately preceding an election; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
