A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to limitations on prosecution, so as to revise the statute of limitations for when a corporation may be prosecuted for trafficking of persons for labor or sexual servitude; to provide for related matters; to provide for applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
