Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding provisions applicable to counties only, so as to create special districts for fire protection services; to provide legislative findings; to authorize the activation of such special districts; to prohibit municipalities from undertaking certain powers within such special districts; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
