A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to health, so as to provide for requirements of physicians performing or inducing an abortion to have certain hospital admitting privileges; to require physicians performing or inducing an abortion provide certain information to the pregnant woman; to provide for penalty; to provide for the regulation of abortion inducing drugs; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
