Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 17-10-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to fixing of sentence, suspension or probation of sentence, change in sentence, eligibility for parole, prohibited modifications, and exceptions, so as to provide for an alternative sentence of military service for certain defendants; to provide for requirements; to provide for resentencing for failure to meet requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
