Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 7 of Article 10 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to watercraft and all-terrain vehicles held in inventory, so as to provide for an exemption from ad valorem taxation for certain watercraft and all-terrain vehicles held in inventory for sale or resale; to provide definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
