Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical assistance generally, so as to provide that Medicaid recipients receive unrestricted access to medications prescribed for the treatment of hemophilia; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
