Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 10-1-393 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to unfair or deceptive practices in consumer transactions unlawful and examples, so as to specify that certain conduct related to the rental of real property to be used as a dwelling shall constitute an unfair trade practice; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
