Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 8 of Chapter 2 of Title 35 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the Office of Public Safety Support; to amend Chapter 1 of Title 43 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions for professions and businesses;to provide an exception; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions for the Department of Administrate Services; to amend Code Section 50-25-5.1 of the O.C.G.A., relating to chief information officer, appointment and removal, compensation, and powers and duties, so as to require state websites to be accessible in languages other than English; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
