Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general authority, duties, and procedure for state purchasing, so as to require an annual review and report on the supply chain of critical goods in the state; to revise provisions of determining local preferences in purchases made by the state and its departments, agencies, commissions, and authorities; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
