Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 50-1-7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to General Assembly findings and state authorization to administer programs, so as to require government entities entering into contracts with charitable, private, or religious organizations in the course of participating in federal programs to provide written justifications for the selection process; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
