Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 23 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of the Environmental Finance Authority, so as to provide definitions; to require the Environmental Finance Authority to include the number of minority business enterprises claiming grants for clean energy property and the compensation and benefits associated with the construction, purchase, or lease of clean energy property in its annual report; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
