Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-86.21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to special license plates promoting certain beneficial projects and supporting certain worthy agencies, funds, or nonprofit corporations, so as to provide a special license plate supporting the prevention and treatment of lupus; to provide that a portion of the funds generated by the sale of such special license plate be disbursed to the Lupus Foundation of America for use in medical and scientific research and educational programs that serve to prevent and treat lupus; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
