Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A., relating to schedules, offenses, and penalties applicable to the regulation of controlled substances, so as to establish drug-free church zones, to prohibit the manufacture, distribution, or possession with intent to distribute of a controlled substance or marijuana at or near any real property which has been established as a church or public place of worship; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
