    5         Ranking chart for purposes of the Criminal Punishment 
    6         Code; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
    9   
   10         Section 1. Paragraphs (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) of 
   11  subsection (3) of section 921.0022, Florida Statutes, are 
   12  amended to read:
