1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Pasco County Expressway Authority
3	Law; repealing ss. 348.80-348.94, F.S.; removing
4	provisions that created and govern the Pasco County
5	Expressway Authority; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Sections 348.80, 348.81, 348.82, 348.83,
10	348.84, 348.86, 348.87, 348.88, 348.89, 348.90, 348.91, 348.92,
11	348.93, and 348.94, Florida Statutes, are repealed.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
