HB 4025

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to yacht and ship brokers; repealing the
3	Yacht and Ship Brokers' Act; repealing ss. 326.001-
4	326.006, F.S., relating to licensing, escrow depository,
5	closing transactions, and powers and duties of the
6	Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile
7	Homes of the Department of Business and Professional
8	Regulation; providing an effective date.

10	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
11
12	Section 1.  Sections 326.001, 326.002, 326.003, 326.004,
13	326.005, and 326.006, Florida Statutes, are repealed.
14	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
