1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to Pasco County; authorizing a person
3	developing residential or commercial property within the
4	unincorporated area of Pasco County to connect water,
5	wastewater, and stormwater pipes, valves, and fixtures to
6	pipes installed and operated by the county under certain
7	circumstances; providing an effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1. Any person developing residential or commercial
12	property within an unincorporated area of Pasco County for
13	resale, rental, or lease may connect pipes, shutoffs, valves,
14	fixtures, and apparatus of every kind and nature used in
15	connection with or forming a part of an installation for potable
16	water, wastewater, or stormwater, including service lines, to
17	pipes that are installed and operated by the county if the
18	proposed installation is located within 100 feet of the county's
19	pipes, as measured from the property to the nearest point of
20	connection to pipes of the county.
21	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
