A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to Pasco County; authorizing a person
3developing residential or commercial property within the
4unincorporated area of Pasco County to connect water,
5wastewater, and stormwater pipes, valves, and fixtures to
6pipes installed and operated by the county under certain
7circumstances; providing an effective date.

9Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Any person developing residential or commercial
12property within an unincorporated area of Pasco County for
13resale, rental, or lease may connect pipes, shutoffs, valves,
14fixtures, and apparatus of every kind and nature used in
15connection with or forming a part of an installation for potable
16water, wastewater, or stormwater, including service lines, to
17pipes that are installed and operated by the county if the
18proposed installation is located within 100 feet of the county's
19pipes, as measured from the property to the nearest point of
20connection to pipes of the county.
21 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
