1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Workers' Compensation
3	Administrator; repealing s. 627.092, F.S., relating to the
4	Workers' Compensation Administrator, to abolish the
5	position; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1. Section 627.092, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
