Summary
Establishes a school-to-work program to be operated in any school, Department of Juvenile Justice facility, or charter school. Provides requirements for participation in the program. Creates an endowment fund within the Florida Endowment Foundation for Florida's Graduates. Creates the Florida Endowment Foundation for Florida's Graduates. Requires an annual audit report. Requires that the Department of Education adopt rules, etc.
