Summary

Provides for the transfer of certain sales tax revenues from the General Revenue Fund to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties. Authorizes a county to designate certain time periods to hold special events designed to enhance tourism. Provides for a distribution from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties to a county eligible for a distribution related to the holding of a special event during a designated time period, etc.
