Summary

Permits the use of a political party's name, abbreviation, or symbol by an affiliated party committee under certain circumstances. Provides for the establishment of affiliated party committees. Consolidates reporting requirements in specified provisions applicable to electioneering communications organizations. Deletes the 28-day restriction on acceptance of certain funds preceding a general election, etc.
