Summary

Authorizes a doctor of pharmacy degree program at the university. Provides for the program to be physically located on the new campus of the University of South Florida Polytechnic. Authorizes the university to develop and implement the program within existing facilities until a pharmacy facility is constructed on the new campus of the University of South Florida Polytechnic.
