Summary

Prohibiting the State Board of Administration from paying benefits to a Florida Retirement System investment plan member convicted of specified felonies; authorizing the state board to develop investment products to be offered in the investment plan; revising the types of investments in real property and related personal property which the state board may invest in; requiring the public fund to notify companies it places on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List that they may be subject to divestment, etc.
