    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 88 - 94
    4  and insert:
    5  procedure, or custom adopted or allowed by a state entity or
    6  local governmental entity which knowingly prohibits or impedes a
    7  law enforcement agency from complying with 8 U.S.C. s. 1373(a)
    8  or (b) and which knowingly prohibits or impedes a law
    9  enforcement agency from communicating or cooperating with a
   10  federal immigration agency with respect to federal immigration
   11  enforcement so as to limit a law enforcement agency in, or
   12  prohibit the agency
