       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (734058) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 747 - 755
    4  and insert:
    5  that one of the grounds set forth below exists for any of the
    6  following grounds:
    7         1. Failure to participate in the state’s education
    8  accountability system created in s. 1008.31, as required in this
    9  section, or failure to meet the requirements for student
   10  performance stated in the charter.
   11         2. Failure to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal
   12  management.
   13         3. Violation of law.
