DELAWARE STATE SENATE

148th GENERAL ASSEMBLY

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 67

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE COMPLEX CHRONIC DISEASE TASK FORCE.



WHEREAS, the Complex Chronic Disease Task Force was established under Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 34 of the 148th General Assembly to examine complex chronic disease management in Delaware and make recommendations for the improvement of services and access to high quality care; and

WHEREAS, the Task Force was directed to submit its findings and recommendations report to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives no later than May 1, 2016; and

WHEREAS, the Task Force has worked diligently on its study, but is not yet prepared to submit its report; and

WHEREAS, the members of the Task Force believe that they will be able to submit the report by June 30, 2016;

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 148th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that the date by which the findings and recommendations report of the Complex Chronic Disease Task Force is due be extended to June 30, 2016.


SYNOPSIS

This resolution extends the due date of the findings and recommendations report of the Complex Chronic Disease Task Force from May 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016.
