AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HUNTING, TRAPPING, AND FISHING LICENSES. |
Section 1. Amend §521, Subchapter I, Title 7 by adding the following sentence at the end of the section: "This fee is hereby waived for hunters participating in Division of Fish and Wildlife designated youth hunting days."
