AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7, CHAPTER 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GAME PRESERVES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend Subchapter V, Chapter 5, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "Experimental," as it appears in the heading of Subchapter V and by deleting the word "experimental" where it appears in §566 and §567, Title 7 of the Delaware Code.

SYNOPSIS

This Bill removes the word experimental because it is not defined.
