SENATE BILL NO. 150

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DISCLOSURE OF MOTOR VEHICLE RECORDS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend �305(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding the words "; maintenance of voter registration records" after the word "manufacturers" where it appears therein.

Section 2.Amend �305(b)(1), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding the words ", state election agency" after the word "court" where it appears therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Bill empowers the State Election Commissioner to use information from the Division of Motor Vehicles for the improvement of voter registration records.
