HOUSE BILL NO. 361

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DUTIES OF A CANDIDATE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend §8003, Title 15, Delaware Code by adding thereto the following:

"(f) A candidate for State office shall file the financial disclosure reports required by Subchapter II, Chapter 58 of Title 29.".

SYNOPSIS

This act makes it clear that a candidate for State office has a duty to file the financial disclosure reports which are required to be filed pursuant to Chapter 58 of Title 29.
