Summary
This Bill extends the requirement for drivers of limousines to obtain an endorsement by the Division of Motor Vehicles to operate taxis and limousines in the State. It also expands the crimes that would disqualify drivers from operating taxis and limousines upon the highways of this State to improve public safety. The division of Motor Vehicles shall promulgate regulations to carry out the administrative provisions of this Bill.
