This Act expresses the gratitude of the General Assembly to the Statistical Analysis Center for its tireless work on analyzing areas for improvement in Delaware’s criminal justice system; requests that the analysis completed by the Statistical Analysis Center be forwarded to the appropriate committees of the General Assembly for consideration and be made public; requests that the Department of Correction work cooperatively to update the report; and requests that copies of this Resolution be provided to the Honorable Governor of the State of Delaware and all other parties so named in the Resolution.
