Summary

This concurrent resolution commends the African American Task Forces Economic Opportunity Subcommittee in the State of Delaware and requests the General Assembly to pass legislation requiring the Investment Committee of the Board of Pension Trustees to use Black asset-managers, Black-owned financial institutions, and Black-owned financial or professional service firms for the investment of at least 25% of the total dollar amount of the funds under its management.
