Summary

This bill gives more flexibility in how law enforcement may use funds from the Fund to Combat Violent Crimes. Additionally, the bill expands the definition of "local law enforcement agency". finally, the bill allows law enforcement to use less detailed descriptions of how requested funds will be used to combat violent crime. This will help law enforcement protect case sensitive information.
