Summary

This bill amends one of the requirements for a homeowner or tenant to qualify for the Lot Rent Assistance Program. That program provides a credit against the lot rent in the amount of the difference between the rent that would otherwise be charged and 30% of the median county income. The bill increases the income limits to 75% of the county median income for the number of residents in the home. The homeowner or tenant must still meet the other requirements.
