Summary

As introduced, Bill 24-238 would enact a statute prohibiting police officers involved in a shooting incident from viewing police body camera footage of that incident prior to making a statement and from making a statement about that incident more than twenty four hours after the shooting incident to preserve their present sense impression of the occurrence.
