Summary

As introduced, this bill bans the use of butane or other explosive gases by home growers to extract or separate resin from marijuana, or tetrahydrocannabinol from marijuana. Failure to follow this law would be a felony upon conviction punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and a fine.
