As introduced, this bill prohibits criminal history providers from providing information relating to expunged, sealed, set aside, or inaccurate records as well as infractions, arrests, and charges that did not result in a conviction. The bill also authorizes the Office of Human Rights to receive administrative complaints and establishes penalties for violations.
