AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCRETION TO GRANT OR DENY PARDONS FOR JUVENILES CONVICTED UNDER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 54-130g of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective from passage)
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||

Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Board of Pardons and Paroles to issue pardons only after a full and extensive review of all available information, receive victim input and deny an application for a pardon if necessary to protect the interests of the people in this state.
