AN ACT ENCOURAGING THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY-BASED TOOLS BY POLL WORKERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to better enable poll workers to access an electronic database via computer, laptop or tablet so that poll workers may be able to better assist voters in finding their correct polling place.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide for twenty-first century solutions for poll workers locating correct precincts for confused voters.
