AN ACT CONCERNING THE AMOUNT OF DAIRY PRODUCTS TRANSPORTED ACROSS STATE LINES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That Connecticut shall amend its regulations concerning the amount of dairy products that may be transported across state lines to conform with amounts permitted by neighboring states.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow more dairy products to be transported into Connecticut and prevent off-loading at the state line.
