AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES DURING WINTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 172 of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education to reduce the distance that a student shall reside from a school in order to receive school transportation services during winter months.
